The questions we are asked

What is the meeting capacity?

The room takes 8 to 32 people in working configuration. Not to be confused with the 32 beds: here, everyone can think by day and sleep on site at night.

Is accommodation included?

Yes. The three Bergeries have 32 beds between them. You can take over a single house or the whole estate.

How do we get there?

35 minutes from Montpellier TGV station, less than 30 minutes from the A9 exit, parking on site.

Who handles the catering?

A partner caterer or a chef at the house: breakfasts, working lunches, closing dinner.

Is there a dedicated contact?

Just one, from the quote to the event. The same person follows your file from start to finish.

Will the Wi-Fi handle a video call?

Fibre optic and very high speed (10 Gb/s down and up) throughout the house.
